Effective March 31st, 2026, Big Sky Care Connect will no longer be receiving medication updates from DrFirst. This change reflects a revision to DrFirst’s contractual agreement with Surescripts and was not initiated by BSCC.

BSCC is working with a new vendor to establish medication data integrations with pharmacies across the state of Montana. As we move forward with these new integrations, we will provide updates through our normal communication channels.
