Clinical Feed & Data Evaluations

BSCC’s Clinical Feed & Data Evaluation services provide hands-on support to help organizations improve the accuracy and usability of clinical data.

By ensuring clinical feeds are complete, correctly mapped, and aligned with national standards, BSCC supports Montana partners in strengthening value-based care performance and meeting long-term data quality targets.

  • BSCC provides clinical and technical feed evaluations that assess for completeness and mapping to standardized vocabularies, helping identify gaps that could impact clinical quality measurement and compliance.

  • BSCC can oversee the flow of feeds to promote data validation and quality for key value-based care measures, increasing the chance of timely reimbursements.

    While BSCC does not calculate or submit clinical measures for partners, we help make sure the data behind them is solid.

  • BSCC’s data dashboard services can be leveraged to visualize quality measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • BSCC can monitor and evaluate data feeds to assess compliance with USCDI classes and elements, helping your organization to:

    • Identify missing or incomplete USCDI data

    • Improve interoperability and readiness for national data exchange standards

Data for Health Research

BSCC provides data delivery services to researchers investigating health trends, interventions, and outcomes for Montanans. All data delivery is subject to rigorous review and oversight by a Data Governance Committee composed of Montana stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the highest data use standards.

Our Process

1 Participation Agreement

You will be required to sign a BSCC partner & data use agreement prior to making any requests.

2 Submit Your Request

Complete BSCC’s data request form detailing your project scope and data requirements.

3 Review and Approval

BSCC’s data governance committee thoroughly reviews all data requests to ensure responsible data use.

4 Receive Your Data

Once approved, BSCC will begin working to fulfill your request and securely deliver relevant data sets.
